I have been part of the Park Central Lifestyle Family for 6 years and without a doubt this Residence is my home away from home. I have lived at Park Central Residence and Belpark House Residence for 3 years each respectively.
I never could have asked for a better and safer place to live as I complete my studies, I wouldn’t change anything.

I have been living in these residences since 2018 , I cannot even begin to imagine a time where I was unhappy with anything in them , I stayed at Regkam house when it opened and then moved to Ileli when it opened too and having experienced Regkam as it opened, I had high expectations of Ileli as well and those expectations were exceeded.
my account is not only from the perspective of a student in both residences I was either temporarily or full on part of the student governing structures and I got to see first hand just how much management is there for its students residing in the residences . from smooth and fast running wifi to well maintained entertainment areas . a perfectly lit study room and well functioning kitchen facilities .
staying in these residences I not only got to experience a smooth student life but also social life as well thanks to the many student development events hosted here , we get to see management bring social activities and we partake and fun is had.
I must commend and appreciate the living conditions and the many perks of living in these residences , thanks to the managers and the owners for always improving , especially on things one wouldn’t notice they need until they have them.
I wouldn’t recommend living anywhere else , these residences are perfect in my opinion.

I am Levy Legodi, a final year Analytical Chemistry student at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and have been residing in Regkam house since 2019. I, without any reservation recommend Regkam house as the best residence for students because of the following: Free fast Internet connection, efficient laundry machines, games for students to play when taking study breaks, open kitchen with all the equipment you need and other important qualities.
Regkam house always felt and still feels like a home for me so far because it is a very safe residence and is well managed in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. The management takes students concerns seriously and make sure that they attend as soon as possible to everything that is being addressed. During varsity recesses, the residence management is always kind enough to store the belongings of students safely in storages until the students are back.

Toplin House has become a home away from home for many of us students. It is not only my sanctuary but a place where I have built very good friendships. The chill room is always buzzing with conversation and laughter. And the kitchen is the best place to catch up with friends while making meals.
xOur rooms are nice and spacious and are big enough for my roommate and I. But I often use the study room to study for tests and exams where it is very quiet and conducive to my studies. Thankfully during quiet hours everybody is respecting of one another.
The free Wi-fi we have here makes sure we are never bored. We can go on Facebook and Youtube at any time of the day and the connection stays strong.
The game room is another spot where we are able to chill out and wind down from a long day or week.
We stay in a very safe place with 24-hour security. With heat detectors in all rooms and exits to outside stairs in case of emergencies, for our safety, we could not be safer.
More than anything Toplin is great because everybody is friendly with everyone. And this creates a great living environment which is great when you live so far from home.
The world is such a cruel place but with the right hospitality by your side all worries become a fury tale. Finding affordable student accommodation is an everyday struggle for students in the Western Cape. Universities receive thousands of students annually and leave some of the students homeless.
Looking at the statistics of the Bellville situated universities; Cape Peninsula University of Technology accommodates around 8000 students across its 34 residences. The University of the Western Cape accommodates around 3.300 across its residents. According to these numbers, this means the is really demand for student accommodation since the number of students each year is growing. These are student accommodations that have managed to turn to be homes to many students are Toplin House, Park Central Lifestyle and Kruskal House.
These accommodations mentioned above are rated one of the best in town one situated in Parow and the other in Bellville. The facilities of these buildings speak for themselves, fitting the modern technology that every student wishes for but more importantly safety regulation is one of the fundamentals.
