PCL was established in 2014 in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, namely Bellville and Parow. Our focus has been to provide affordable living to students. PCL adheres to the minimum norms and standards as gazette in the administerial report. Our residences are mostly already existing buildings that are newly renovated. They are well-positioned to provide our students an experience of inner-city living near to educational institutions and public transport nodes.

The safety and security of our students is of prime importance together with an uncompromising standard of hygiene and cleanliness.

After establishing our 8th residence in the Northern Suburbs, in 2019 PCL opened its 1st residence in Claremont. Our latest edition is now opening in Observatory in February 2023. PCL’s aim is to become one of the largest providers of affordable student accommodation in the Western Cape.

We believe in hands-on management and creating a home away from home for all our students. The motto created by our student of “we’re living the life”, says it all.

PCL is currently installing inverters with sufficient battery backup to ensure that the Wi-Fi, lights, and surveillance cameras remain operational during power outages.

PCL is currently accredited with CPUT and UWC and has associations with NSFAS and UCT. We are member of PSHA and are represented on the GTP.
