This residence is unique as it offers ensuite bathrooms with majority bedrooms. Also included is a fridge/freezer combo in every room besides all the other expected amenities. The gym area has the latest equipment, and the inverters will ensure the continuity of studying on-line while loadshedding is happening.

Do boys and girls have to share the same bathroom in the shared facilities?
No, girls and boys are always placed on separate floors when there are shared bathroom facilities. All bathrooms are clearly marked for male and female genders.
Do you supply toilet paper and soaps?
No, each student must bring their own bathroom amenities and their own kitchen utensils. A starter pack is available for purchase on request.
Can we bring our own heaters and kettles?
No, for both all rooms have wall mounted heaters already fitted. There are hot water boilers in each kitchenette and in the main common kitchen with hot water permanently available.
