Our Parow student accommodation is the PCL Head office, the heartbeat of our company. Take aways, restaurants, shopping malls, bar and night clubs are all within walking distance. The open yard facility ensures that our in-house girls netball and boys football teams are constantly amongst the top performing residence teams. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared, and the large entertainment & braai areas ensure that our students socialize and relax in style.

Do boys and girls have to share the same bathroom in the shared facilities?
No, girls and boys are always placed on separate floors when there are shared bathroom facilities. All bathrooms are clearly marked for male and female genders.
Do you supply toilet paper and soaps?
No, each student must bring their own bathroom amenities and their own kitchen utensils. A starter pack is available for purchase on request.
Can we bring our own heaters and kettles?
No, for both all rooms have wall mounted heaters already fitted. There are hot water boilers in each kitchenette and in the main common kitchen with hot water permanently available.
