Our Bellville student accommodation is in a vibrant city within the Tygerberg district. Our residents are well situated near shopping malls, coffee shops, restaurants, take aways, bars and night clubs, and are in proximity of the biggest transport node of the Western Cape. Our residences offer shared bathroom and kitchen facilities with comfortable entertainment and braai areas. Each residence has its own gym, and we provide free gym, aerobic, strength and step classes, twice a week for all out students.

Do boys and girls have to share the same bathroom in the shared facilities?
No, girls and boys are always placed on separate floors when there are shared bathroom facilities. All bathrooms are clearly marked for male and female genders.
Do you supply toilet paper and soaps?
No, each student must bring their own bathroom amenities and their own kitchen utensils. A starter pack is available for purchase on request.
Can we bring our own heaters and kettles?
No, for both all rooms have wall mounted heaters already fitted. There are hot water boilers in each kitchenette and in the main common kitchen with hot water permanently available.
